宋晓玲，bwin唯一官方网站必应院长、党委副书记，中国人民大学财政金融学院经济学博士，教授，博士生导师。全国高校人工智能与大数据创新联盟“新商科专委会”常务理事，“一带一路”新商科标准建设联盟创始委员。研究方向国际金融、数字普惠金融、环境金融，曾出版专著3部，在Chinese Management Studies（SSCI检索）、《世界经济研究》《宏观经济究》《财经科学》等国内外期刊发表学术论文50余篇，获省社科优秀成果奖二等奖、省教育厅社科优秀成果奖一等奖等10余项；主持国家社科基金项目、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目子课题、中国银行业协会委托课题、世界银行委托项目子课题、省教育厅重点课题等10余项。

       Song Xiaoling is dean of Business School of Beijing Language and Culture University,the Sub-committee Deputy Secretary of the CPC of Business School, Ph.D. of Renmin University of China, finance professor, doctoral supervisor. Executive director of new business science special committee of National University artificial intelligence and big data Innovation Alliance，the founding member of the "Belt and Road" new business standard construction Alliance. Her research interest focuses on international finance, digital financial Inclusion, environmental finance. She has published three academic books and more than 50 articles in academic journals, has received more than ten research or teaching awards, has chaired more than ten research projects.
